Praline Pumpkin Mousse
1.INGREDIENTS
-1 cup cold milk
-1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
-2 (3.4 ounce) packages JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
-1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
-2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
-1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
-1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
-1/3 cup brown sugar
2.COOKING DIRECTIONS
-Pour milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon evenly into 10 dessert glasses.
-Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
-Mix butter, pecans and sugar until well blended; sprinkle evenly over desserts just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
Yield: 10 servings
